The venue fees are as follows:
OPTION 1 – You may rent the venue on an hourly basis between the hours of 9am-12pm for small ceremonies (up to 50 guests) at a rate of $3,000 per hour Monday – Friday (each additional hour is $2,500 – up to two). We can book this option only up to 3 months in advance, based on availability. Please just note all set up & breakdown would occur within the contracted timing.
This Package does not include chairs or decorations of any kind. This is intended for a quick one hour rental. Standing room only.
If you would like to add chairs, or a canopy, or an arch, or any other decoration, you will need to rent the space for an extra hour. Also, every vendor who is not part of Wedding Packages NYC needs to submit a certificate of insurance to the Rockefeller Organization.
OPTION 2 – For evening receptions, our venue fee is $20,000 Monday – Thursday & Saturday and $16,500 for Friday & Sunday, inclusive of eight hours of time (for your set-up and event). Included in the rental is security, a restroom attendant and an event manager on-site with you.
OPTION 3 – We offer a day-time venue fee of $10,000 for events ending prior to 1pm. This is inclusive of 6 hours of time for your set up & event. This is available Monday – Friday.
