All you and your fiance need to do is set an appointment to get a Marriage License and then go to the City Clerk’s Office on the specified date and time you’ve chosen. You’ll both need a valid picture ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, and a copy of divorce papers if either of you have been previously married. You can even fill out the application online and in the comfort of your home before your appointment to help save time, and make your appointment quicker and easier.
