Wedding Packages NYC Terms and Conditions

Wedding Packages NYC will provide all the services purchased and agreed upon at the time and place indicated in the booking form.

Upon receiving the payment, “Wedding Packages NYC” will purchase & secure the wedding venue of your choice, for the time and date requested. Wedding Packages NYC will turn down all potential business for this date. For this reason all payments are final. No downgrades, no refunds.

All retainer payments are non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or cancelled for any reason.

Full payment for all services is due 20 days prior to the Event. If your event is less than 20 days away, full payment is required at the time of booking.

There are no downgrades on any Package and there are no refunds for services hired.

Wedding Packages NYC is not responsible for vendors or services hired outside. We can not coordinate or manage any music, decorations, food or any vendors that were not hired through Wedding Packages NYC.
